Kids not sleeping
This week we are discussing those terrible BEDTIME BLUES! Unlike this image, I want your dream to become your reality. Whether you have an newborn, toddler or an older child the bedtime blues are plain old miserable. I am here to tell you that you don't have to live with these sleepless nights. You CAN START SLEEPING and so can your child. Teaching your child the skills to sleep independently doesn't have to mean abandoning them to cry it out. Learning new skills and breaking old habits is easier accomplished with your support. Here's What One Mother Had To Say...

I recently worked with a client who had a four year old daughter struggling to stay asleep and stay in bed. She sleep trained her as an infant and she was an excellent sleeper until one night, BAM...she had a terrible case of the Bedtime Blues. Multiple wakings, new fears, loads of excuses and lots of tears. Her parents were at a loss and losing their patience. It's here where they contacted me. I spoke to them about the need to support and guide. This isn't an easy task when you feel like you've been hit by a Mac truck, but they listened to my advice and followed the gentle, supportive sleep coaching plan and with a matter of a week they were back on the right track. Seeing positive changes in their daughters overall behaviour, bedtime fears diminishing and longer stints of sleep occurring. There was finally a glimmer of light at the end of the dark sleepless tunnel.

"Our 4 year old daughter started waking in the night multiple times a night and wouldn't go back to sleep in her bed.  After several sleepless weeks we contacted Tia who provided us a full plan to get things back on track. Our sleeping problems were connected to other things during the day that Tia guided us on. She was there every day we worked through the process of gradually getting our daughter to sleep in her bed, and stay there, every night.

I can't say enough great things about her or the process."

You can start sleeping and start feeling your best in no time. It's here where you can be the parent you want to be. Where your kids can feel and do their best.
