The bucket filling has really improved their attitudes. They are literally playing quietly in Jackson’s room rate now. It’s all I ever wanted. They have taken to their new task lists well and we are having minimal to no tantrums. I am probably doing too much still and snow plowing but it’s a great start.

Our little guy Adam is much pickier than his big sister when it comes to food. We had gotten to the point of tears (all of us) trying to incorporate new and healthy options into our supper routine. “Just 4 more bites.” “Just one bite?!?” "NO dessert for you young man!” It was a losing battle. When I met with Tia I was at the end of my rope, my son’s sleeping habits had really regressed. When Adam turned 4 months his sleep got even worse, he used to sleep at night for 6 – 7 hour stretches, then he started waking up every 2 – 3 hours. The first night of sleep training was tough but I followed Tia’s guidelines and it worked. Adam falls asleep within 5 minutes, he rarely cries and is now sleeping 11 – 12 hours at night.
